Returns & Exchanges
At Padre Coffee, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns or exchanges on hardware and accessories within 30 days of delivery.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days; please note that fresh coffee beans are non-returnable.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and send them back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
